Faktor Ekstrinsik dan Intrinsik dalam Memprediksi Kematangan Karir

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dukungan sosial dan kepribadian (ekstraversi, agreeableness, consscientiousness, neurotisisme, dan openness) terhadap kematangan karir, dan mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kematangan karir yang dimoderatori oleh kepribadian (ekstraversi, agreeableness, concscientiousness, neurotisisme, dan openness). Subyek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 126 partisipan di Perguruan Tinggi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Skala Kematangan Karier (SKK), skala Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) dan Big Five Inventory. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda serta analisis moderasi (Hayes, 2013) untuk mengetahui efek tidak langsung kepribadian tehadap hubungan dukungan sosial dengan kematangan karir. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peran dukungan sosial dan kepribadian terhadap kematangan karir, kepribadian ditemukan memiliki peran terhadap kematangan karir, dan tidak adanya efek moderasi dari kepribadian dalam membahas peran dukungan sosial terhadap kematangan karirReferences
